Coordinators of our Perinatal Hospice participated in the conference “Spring of e-health and coordination in the Lublin region” organized by the Lublin Association of Family Physicians – Employers, which took place on April 6, 2024 in Janów Podlaski.
Our team presented to the gathered family medicine doctors and primary care representatives the full scope of care provided by the Perinatal Hospice and the Pediatric Palliative Care Model developed by Father Filip Buczyński.
“Spring of e-health and coordination in the Lublin region” is a cyclical event organized by the Lublin Association of Family Doctors – Employers. The Lublin region once again gathered family medicine specialists and representatives of public administration institutions.
