We were visited by young people who normally study at Primary School No. 1in Lubaczów. Students at their school are involved in various activities within the volunteer club.
One of such actions was the collection of care products for our Hospice, including diapers, cosmetics and moisturizing wipes, which are necessary in the daily care of our patients.
Students and their guardians learned about all the scope of care provided by our Hospice, as well as the principles of operation of home, stationary and perinatal hospice. Such meetings with young people are extremely important and valuable because they influence the awareness of children and young people about the role of hospice. They help educate and sensitize young people to the needs of others and teach cooperation in their immediate environment. Joint conversations allow us to present the issues of care for terminally ill children and to arouse empathy, which motivates us to provide help.
Thank you for your visit and your support for our students.
